Start Here: The Four Reality Adjustments

If you're new here, this is where you begin. The Heart's Epiphany is built on four reality adjustments — shifts in how you see yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that run them.

Reality Adjustment 1: The problem was never the person. It was the definition. Every argument you keep having, every wall you keep hitting — it traces back to a word you think you understand but have never actually defined on purpose.

Reality Adjustment 2: You inherited your definitions. You didn't choose them. Your definition of love, trust, respect, boundaries — these came from your family, your culture, your past relationships. They're running your life without your permission.

Reality Adjustment 3: The gap between your definition and theirs is where every conflict lives. You're not fighting about what you think you're fighting about. You're fighting about two different definitions of the same word.

Reality Adjustment 4: Change the definition, change the relationship. When you replace an inherited definition with a chosen one, the pattern breaks. Not because the other person changed. Because you did.
